Executive Summary
Dr. Maria Montessori is founder of Montessori Education. She started the first Montessori class room in 1907. She developed an interest in the treatment of children and for several years, she worked, wrote on their behalf. She believed that each child is born with a unique potential to be revealed, rather as a “Blank slate” waiting to be written upon.
